Had back to back visits to Abington Jefferson Hospital. The first attending physician wouldn't listen to anything I said. My stay was traumatic and everyday was torture for me. On the second visit I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Ya and I couldn't believe the difference. He listened to me and took care of the issues that were causing me stress. He was methodical and thorough and he took time to answer my questions. What a pleasure! Jefferson should spend more time finding patient advocates like Dr. Ya and less time hiring corporate doctors who only follow protocol.
