He stepped in on short notice to do arm surgery, needed after 4 breaks in a hiking fall, was postponed after an office mix-up made the original surgeon unavailable. 4 hours of surgery, impeccably done. I am forever grateful for his flagging my case in a staff meeting as one needing to be done soon, and for the quality of the work.
