I've had three root canals over the years with him and one with an endodontist that my dentist refers me to. In terms of character. he is quality through and through. He never rushes you through. At Christmas time, he actually gave me a permanent filling after the root canal for free so I wouldn't have to go to the dentist over the Christmas break.He uses both an electronic machine and manual measurement to call out and check canal lengths. In two of my cases, he's put in antibiotics into the root canal, given it several weeks to be absorbed, and then has me return a second time and then fills the canals. No extra charge for this extra step nor the second visit. He's asked me to come back in six months for a follow-up xray, no charge.It's hard to describe 'presence' in a text, but he is kind to staff and patient alike.Lastly. I noticed there was nothing written for the 2 one star reviews. It has a feel like Amazon fake rating attacks. Dr. Smith's communication is outstanding.
