Have known Dr Avellino for 21 years. He did break through surgeries on my brother. Met him when he was a John Hopkins. Wonderful Man and Wonderful bedside manners. Brothers tumor was in brain stem and risky. He saved my brother years ago and have the upmost respect for Him
