She was amazing. I didn't expect much out of the appointment but I was totally wrong. She was caring. For the first time I felt hopeful of being able to have closure on my past. She made it easy for me to trust her and talk about 'things' which I've never been able to talk about before so openly. There was NO waiting time, As soon as I got there I was taken in for vitals and the doctor was waiting for me. It was amazing. The staff handling appointments and greeting were also amazing.
