He was very attentive to the needs of my mom. He had a way of nicely explaining to her the things she was doing that was harming her body, offered helpful tips to us both, he and was a good listener. He was patient, yet thorough with her results, and answered all of our questions. Even when the ER was full of patients he presented us with a nice smile on his face. I hope we don’t have to go back to the ER, but if we do I hope we see him again.
