Your phlebotomist Cherylinn is superb at her job. I hate needles and so she was very helpful in getting me thru the blood drawing ordeal. Lots of drama on my part but she was very calm, made me breathe properly, I was holding my breath, etc. I was giving her some friendly grief during the blood drawing process and she was giving me friendly grief right back. We were both chuckling and laughing at each other as well during the drama. In the end, a very good experience with her indeed.
