Going on bedside manner only and educating the patient, Dr Hollinshead truly impressed me this morning. My daughter has trauma issues and this septum surgery was to be her first surgery. He spoke and treated her very kindly as she struggled to work through her issues and allow them to insert her IV. Although we left the center without the surgery, it will be rescheduled with a request for Dr Hollinshead to be in charge of her prep and sedation.
