First off he is a teaching physician who sends in his intern to go over your health and ask about any problems you're experiencing and go over your current meds. Then Dr Hoellein comes in with that big warm smile and a handshake and spends up to 20-30 minutes going over your health. He's thorough and will explain any drugs that he might ask you to go on or if you want a change one of your medicines. He takes his time and listens to your heart and your breathing and checks to see if you have any tinder spots in your abdomen. He's always there if you need a refill and will refer you to a specialist right away if you're having a problem. I did with my lower back and had pain to the point I couldn't walk. He referred me to his own physician who had me up walking after back surgery with no pain and a brand new outlook on life once you have back pain and it's gone it feels as though a miracle has happened. He's just that kind of doctor. Intelligent caring and he's interested in your life.
