I would absolutely recommend Dr. Koogler. The problem is he comes with horrific staff. I've talked to more than a few patients whom also felt judged and heard many times HIPPA laws being violated. Patients names said out loud and gossping about how 'annoying and stupid' they are. I made a complaint now no longer welcome at the clinic. I found the staff to be rude, judgemental and the 'deciders' of whom the dr would or would not see. I've never encountered such rude people in all of my life. The policy of 10 min early or your late to your appt is ridiculous. Especially since they treat those with chronic pain for which causes just getting out of bed a miracle. Dr. Koogler himself is truly an amazing Dr. So kind and willing to do all in his power to improve the lives of his patients. He has a clear understanding of all the problems chronic pain brings with it. Unfortunately, his front staff seems to make medical decisions they aren't qualified to make. I hope this changes.
