Very thorough, took time to explain new procedures and changes to the practice post pandemic. Waited a long time for my scheduled appointment but worth the wait. Staff was all new to me since my last appointment, but the competency and professionalism remain the same under the direction of Dr. Bliss. Very pleased with the visit with Mikell and Dr. Pham. Highly recommend. Thank you
