Excellent. Dr. Hernandez listened to our family when we were concerned about a relative being ready for discharge. In the ex-parte hearing, she articulated our family's concerns beautifully. Unfortunately, Dr. Renata Angelini and the social worker, Claudia decided on an early discharge a few days later with very little communication or warning. This experience allowed our family to appreciate how well Dr. Amy Hernandez communicated with us about discharge and incorporated our concerns into her testimony at the ex-parte hearing. Thank you.
