Makes you feel at ease. Answers all questions in detail and using words the lay person can understand. Don't be afraid to ask the same question again later on because she will again take the time needed to answer. She takes/returns calls and will see you sooner if needed. She always ends with a re-cap of what meds & safety measures are needed, date of your next appointment and re-assurance. Her goal is to not only give you great care, but to ensure you are a true partner in your care. I have recommended her not only to friends, but to my own family.
