Saw Dr. Kneeland in the emergency room at Rose Medical Center. She was so attentive, really listened to me, and explained everything in detail. I ended up having to have a Lumbar Puncture which can sound scary but she walked me through it and it was painless. I appreciated her speaking with the sub specialists to gain their opinions on her proposed treatment. Her bedside manner was excellent and she was very transparent and nice. Really made being in the ER tolerable.
