I met Dr. Ly during her residency while she was a care provider on the team of my primary care physician (who I've never seen past my initial consultation years ago). Dr. Ly is the most thoughtful and engaged and sympathetic healthcare professional I've ever seen and I will miss her care very much when she completes her residency. She makes me feel like a human patient and not like a billing code or just the next patient on the assembly line. Very highly recommended!!
