I saw Dr. Alan R. Tesson today (1/24/2024) for insomnia. I have to say I am very impressed. I did my research before I made the appointment, and he was also recommended by my doctor Dr. Serrano. I'm so happy I came to see him because not only was he thorough but attentive and has great bed side manners. He actually listened and gave me information I didn't know (which surprised him). He took his time to talk and explain the origins and reasons for my condition, which I didn't know. He gave me choices and made recommendations for me to choose NOT what he thinks is best. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me on anything or just give me meds. I would recommend him highly for any neurological condition. If he doesn't know he'll tell you and make recommendations.
