RLE both eyes. Appointments were planned ahead of time and I was emailed a pdf with ALL of the instructions, as well as all of the upcoming appointments. Lots of staff to serve you and they are all friendly and attentive. I asked questions and they all took the time to answer them, especially Dr. Faulkner, who seemed to enjoy the curious questions I had. The Surgery center is highly functional as well, though the waiting room is small, and the staff equally as attentive and professional. Highly recommend!
