I have been visiting Dr. Bresalier office for the last fifteen years. I trust him for my periodontics and implant dentistry routine checkups and treatment. I also come to the office for routine dental cleanings. Dr. Bresalier has always treated me with professionalism and friendliness. He prioritizes my well-being and ensures a positive experience throughout all my visits. The office is very clean and presents a good ambiance and makes me feel relaxed. The environment in the office is calming with soothing music and pleasant décor.The hygiene rooms are also equipped with TV’s and let me watch my preferred channel if so requested.Ms. Brenda, the office administrator is always available and very efficient. She is flexible in scheduling appointments according to my availably needs.She follows-up with regular calls to monitor my progress after procedures performed at the office.She is proficient in insurance claims process and insures that my refund request is expediated.
