Dr. Gupta was professional, competent, and friendly. The instructions to prepare for the procedure were clear and staff members checked in the days before. The actual procedure went very smoothly and I was kept in the loop along the way as needed. He followed through after the procedure with results and recommendations and was responsive to my questions.
