I accompanied my mother to her first appointment with Dr. Aktas. He was fabulous. He listened carefully to her concerns, asked clarifying questions, and then gave his assessment - even pulling up a diagram showing her area of concern and the nerves involved. He proposed a very reasonable treatment which will be performed just as soon as it is approved by her insurance. I've joined my mother on numerous doctor visits and rate Dr. Aktas in the top 10% of people she is/has seeing/seen for patient experience, listening, caring, and knowledge. I am hopeful that the treatment plan will alleviate her chronic pain.
