Dr Ratunda and staff were so compassionate and informative. I was very nervous about having my first Moh’s procedure for my basil cell carcinoma and reconstruction of my upper lip in 2014. Top notch for having basil cell or squamous cell carcinoma and Mohs procedure. Since then I have had one additional Mohs completed by a dermatologist that was “closer to home & more convenient”. They diagnosed me with squamous cell carcinoma on my forehead and this current dermatologist in my area has cancelled my surgery date twice in the past several months via text. The only surgery day is Friday so I always take off work for it. When I called to see how I could get a new appointment I was only able to speak to the receptionist and she said a new appointment and the doctor is booked two month out. They were not able to help me. Not happy with service or compassion for individual going through this at all. Going back to Dr Ratunda ……I can’t speak highly enough about my experience there!!!!
