He took my concerns seriously. He was able to break the ice by trying to lighten the mood. Sometimes he does look at his phone or answer calls during sessions but it depends on whats going on in the session. He never does it instead of listening to me. He only talks about himself and his own issues to identify with me. When I bring up a problem or dilemma I am having, he never avoids me. He does answer by either sitting silently while I talk or tells me about another patient who had a similar problem to help me understand I'm not alone and it's not an isolated issue or feeling. I would recommend him to anyone
