Kaisha is a caring and compassionate counselor who maintains professionalism even though her job is anything but easy. She works with some of the most disrespectful and entitled people I have ever seen. I watched her get yelled at for 30 minutes by a person and never once did she lose her cool. The addiction field needs more people like her.
