This is my second session with Dr Kangas. Last year, I began a journey with this the skilled people at this office to finally live with a minimal amount of pain in my life. A childhood injury, permanently weakening my right side, along with severe back problems much later life led to three surgeries and a lot of pain. With the help, guidance and management of a custom program which is designed to strengthen, and stabilize my pain. not only has pain levels been reduced, but dependence on steroid injections for relief has been eliminated. Dr Kangas built on my first session from last year, and I continue to live a pain managed and controlled life. I expect to return, for another 'tune up' within the next year. Thank you Dr. Kangas
