Debra is an amazing therapist, and I would recommend her to anyone. She cares deeply about her patients, is knowledgeable across a variety of psychotherapeutic methods and ideologies, and creates professional yet meaningfully personal relationships with her patients. I saw her for 9 months while going through a very challenging time and suffering from depressive and anxious thought patterns. She was helpful in calming me down, bringing more optimism and compassion into my life, and seeing how my thoughts and circumstances were making my situation worse or better. Her expertise about mindfulness and CBT were incredibly helpful, and I think would be helpful for anyone interested in making changes in their life. Can't recommend her enough!
