If you are seeking a counselor to help you process trauma, recognize old habits that were maladaptive, and learn new ways of thinking, Deborah is the right person for you. This is especially true if you hope to discuss trauma and family dynamics because she is particularly well-versed in these areas. Deborah is very intelligent and therefore she really hears what you are trying to say (even if you aren’t quite saying it) and creates questions that are pinpointed to address your concerns (or your maladaptive thinking). Additionally, she offers great resources to help you create healthier habits (mindsets)—and these resources are not limited to (or even rooted in) religious teaching. This was important to me because I wanted resources that were more science-based. (I believe Deborah is a spiritual person, so she may have religious resources available, too). So, long story short, I would recommend Deborah 10/10.
