I've had anxiety for as long as I can remember. Dawn has helped me identify my triggers and work through my obsessive thinking. Before I started seeing her, I was getting physically ill from my anxiety, withdrawing from important relationships in my life and I felt hopeless. Working with her has opened my eyes to the idea of living a less stressful life where I live in the moment instead of dwelling on the past or worrying about the future. She's given me the tools and advice I've been waiting 20 years for!
