I’ve been following Dr. Dave’s videos on healthy organic eating. My husband has cholesterol issues and is on a pill to control it. A little over 3 weeks ago I saw Dr.Dave’s 2 videos on lunch prep and his shopping trip. I made the decision to change the next day. It’s been satisfying and making a difference in overall energy and health. My husband and I have both had a small weight loss in this short time. He will actually have his levels pulled next month and with the knowledge Dr.Dave has share
