I struggled with really bad anxiety to the point where I took a trip to the ER. I was referred to Dr. Lai in-network by my health care provider. When I first began my sessions, my skepticism was through the roof but I was willing to do anything to try to get a hold of my life. He specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and honestly helped me control my anxiety a lot. Of course anxiety doesn't go away but if properly managed, as Dr. Lai gave me the proper tools to do, it can take a backseat in your life rather than steering you into what would seem like hopelessness
