I began seeing Dr. Sterling to deal with a terrible tendency to procrastinate, and working with her I've made more progress than I thought possible. Dr. Sterling is great at breaking problems down into actionable steps, and sympathetic when you're emotionally overwhelmed. If you're ready to continue work on your own between appointments, you'll make a lot of headway. She encourages clear expectations, going both ways.
