Recently met with Crystal for initial review of my medical issue (acute lower back pain) prior to my appointment with Dr. Campbell. Crystal was very professional in her approach to describing, in laymen's terms, the cause of my lower back pain and treatment options. She relayed this information immediately to Dr. Campbell, who scheduled a lumbar discectomy for me the following day. I could not have asked for a better experience in this process.
