I just tried the pushing under the armpit. And I’m a chronic lower back person. I have 3 pinched nerve. Doctors are saying first injections then surgery. I say no way. I’m at 33 surgeries so far and I’m done doing it. I tried this and OMG I’m so shocked at the results the first time I tried. It’s actually literally numb and no pain and I never not have pain in my lower back. I’m so thankful I tried it. Yes it’s painful to do , but not as painful and exhausting as always having lower back pain.
