Mental health has been a priority for me since my early 20's due to childhood/early adulthood trauma and chronic pain. I kissed a lot of frogs, so to speak, but I finally hit upon Colleen Todd and that literally changed my life for the better (an understatement). She listens to me, seeks to understand, and has so many different skills, tools and ways to reach me. I feel safe and respected, and never judged. A modality of her therapy, IFS, has allowed me to find a level of self-reflection and self-understanding that I can use real time to confront difficult situations. Her knowledge and use of EMDR lessens the background anxiety I feel surrounding specific events.I simply cannot recommend Colleen Todd high enough. She is an amazing therapist.
