I’ve been seeing Dr. Sevilla for a few years now. Over this time she has helped me to work through past trauma, understand its impact and relevance to current thought patterns, and develop meaningful and practical skills to create a buffer against and manage anxiety. This not only has empowered me, but has positively affected my relationships both personally and professionally. Her approach is equal parts evidence-based and scientific and also relatable and warm. She is an intelligent and compassionate provider and I cannot recommend her enough.
