Much to my terror, I found that I needed to go into Urgent Care for an eye infection that seemed to be worsening. (I am among those who are considered "vulnerable" with respect to COVID-19.) I was fortunate to see Claudia Martin-William, who was both a competent and extremely caring practitioner. I left feeling dramatically better physically and psychologically. And, because of the time Claudia spent listening and talking with me, I understood how my own ill-informed actions had made my eye problem worse. Thank you Claudia!
