I saw Dr. Clare for about 2.5 years after a betrayal in my marriage. I was so angry and confused. She listened to me, taught me tools and had such compassion. She allowed me to be angry and told me to get the poison out... in a healthy way. She taught me how to get below the anger to feel the hurt and to express the hurt not the anger to the one who hurt me. She taught many stress reducing techniques to calm my brain down and they really helped! She knows her stuff!
