I feel like I have progressed more with Chris than I have with any other therapist I've seen. She has helped me understand what good goals would be for me to have during my time seeing her and she always has something she would like me to work on during the time between our visits. She has also given me reading material that has furthered my understanding of the issues that brought me to see her in the first place.
