I was putting off going back to therapy for years. In my short time with Christina Tingley, she helped me move mountains. I cannot begin to describe the support and knowledge I received from her. I am beyond thankful that I happened to find her, and if I hadn’t moved out of state I would still be seeing her. I never considered EMDR work until reading up on her, and it was completely worth it. If you are looking for a therapist who makes you feel comfortable while healing your inner self, Christina Tingley is your person.
