After being unhappy with the Psychiatrist I had been going to for over a year in Ghent. I needed a new psychiatrist so I searched for the closest facility to my home that was accepting new patients. I feel lucky to have had her name pop up on my search. She is personable, very easy to talk, non-judgmental, thorough, knowledgeable, up to date on new medications & treatments. She is everything I imagine everyone would hope for in a medical professional and more importantly she was exactly who I needed to see then & now. I felt like she just “got me” from our very first appointment. Honestly had I been let down again after that first visit, I was planning to give up getting professional help altogether. So I can honestly say that without her guidance and help through some really tough times in my life, that my mental health definitely would’ve suffered greatly these past 8yrs. So as long as she is practicing medicine, she will be stuck with me. She truly is the best!
