Dr. Colecchi adapts to what you need rather than try to fit your needs into her methods. She is adept at Integrated Family Systems method, but doesn't insist on using it. She is honest, ethical, trustworthy, engaged and empathetic. She is careful not to impose her own biases on her clients. Rather, she guides thoughtful decision-making and supports choices even if they aren't ones she agrees with. She is a careful and thoughtful listener and she is always on time. Sadly, she is retiring soon.
