Cherie is a phenomenal therapist! She came into my life when I was 15 years old and radically changed it through her groups and individual therapy. She is radically genuine. Super supportive and hopeful and extremely creative when approaching difficult moments in recovery. I was chronically suicidal and in and out of hospitals and had seen many therapists. Cherie believed in me and helped me to go from hopeless, mood dependent teenager who couldn't get myself out of bed to someone who is willing to walk into difficult emotion instead of run from it. I have learned the skills to navigate the storm of emotions I can feel and have grown in my awareness of what messages those emotions have for me. I can say, without a doubt, that I would not be alive or functioning if I hadn't encountered this therapist and therapy. She not only helped me out climb out of the hell I was stuck in, she helped me to create a life that is meaningful and I look forward to living.
