Cecilia was an integral part of my journey to combat depression and anxiety. She was patient, kind, and allowed me to figure things out without just giving me answers. She was engaging and excellent at getting me to open up. I visited her weekly after giving birth to each of my daughters, which was when my PPD began. She got me through the hardest time in my life and I'll forever be greatful for the tools she gave me, which I still utilize 5+ years later. I wouldn't be here without Cecilia.
