I’ve been with Cat for over 5 years now. I can’t imagine seeing anyone else. I don’t think you’re going to find any other medication management like her out there. It’s a hodgepodge of therapy, physical health evaluation, life coaching, education counseling, and medication management. Basically everything you could want from a mental health provider, especially if you’re “results motivated” like myself. She will help you out and get you meeting your goals in a timely fashion. All requests are through email which works great because doing that stuff over the phone (especially with mental health) can be stigmatizing. She’s a team member with other doctors when called upon which is very important for a specialist who doesn’t handle emergency care. I’d recommend her to more people but I don’t want to make her more busy than she already is!
