I was extremely pleased with the care I received from Carrie. I needed to see a healthcare professional at the last minute for several conditions. Maybe she didn't have an appointment after me, and therefore had plenty of time, but Carrie took the time to listen to my extensive medical history and current concerns, spending about half an hour with me. She listened carefully, took detailed notes, asked lots of questions to help get to the root cause of my problems, and was friendly and compassionate. She assured me that I didn't need to worry, and she explained all the tests and procedures that she ended up recommending. I ended up getting an x-ray and blood work done the same morning, and I had a seamless experience at the Spectrum Health Medical Group in Grand Haven. All the staff there was very friendly and polite. I will definitely return to her as my primary care provider, and I highly recommend this SHMG location.
