Carrie's approach is warm, gentle, encouraging and non-judgmental. She was recommended by my therapist to help me deal with compulsive food habits. I was very nervous when I met her, but I was soon reassured by her manner and approach. I enjoy her honesty and the fact that she really listens to me. For the first time I feel I am with someone who truly understands what I am experiencing. I feel positive about the journey ahead for the first time in a decade.
