Care Philosophy
- As a seasoned licensed family therapist with a specialty in geriatrics and lifespan adjustment issues for families, I have a very clear understanding of life cycle adjustments and the ways they impact the family system. These adjustments can create emotional and spiritual needs within the family system and I use a solution focused, experiential, and person centered approach to help people work through these life cycle changes and decision making. I also have a passion for helping families find additional community-based resources beyond talk therapy.
