My long list of issues include child of an alcoholic, major trauma, sexual abuse, PTSD, anxiety and sleep issues. Carol has decades of experience and an open mind to working with you, starting with stabilization and coping skills, then targeting specific techniques to help that energy be positive...even in hopeless situations. Have seen 6 therapists and she "gets" me.
