I was suffering from anxiety and depression for most of my life but it was affecting every aspect of my life. I knew I needed help that's when I reached out to a therapist and that's when I meet Carol. She listens, provides honest positive feedback, and allows you the time to understand what's really going on with you. She's taught me how to deal with my emotions appropriately. She really is one of a kind. I would recommend Carol to anyone I know that's struggling.
