Carol Clifford has by far gone over and beyond for my 2 DHH kiddos. Her professionalism and caring for my family is so appreciated. Her entire practice has not only been welcoming but has become a fun place to take my kiddo. My kids feel so comfortable taking about their hearing loss, their ears, and their overall well being. My kids are 10 & 6 years old. They don't feel intimidated to advocate for themselves if their hearing aids are not working properly or don't feel comfortable in their ears. Carol really takes time out to talk with and hear her patients. That's why I appreciate her so much!
