Carly has helped me tremendously with my daily anxiety. I have anxious thoughts, all of the time. It was impacting my ability to engage socially as well as at work. I felt like I couldn't escape my negative mindset. Carly has helped me tremendously with changing this. I am much more engaged with others and feel I am better equipped to handle day to day work life.
